Perfect Feet Booking and Cancellation Policy

Please call Dyna on 07940 401691 if you need to cancel or reschedule any appointment with at least 24 hours notice for cancellation. This way I will be able to reschedule your appointment accordingly and it will allow me to be able to accommodate clients on the waiting list.

I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues will come up and I will endeavour to do my best to work with you in case of an emergency.

Last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged a cancellation fee of £20.

If you aren’t at home for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the treatment amount.

If you have a mobile phone or email address you will receive a courtesy reminder 2 days before confirming the date and time of your appointment. I will confirm your contact preference on your first appointment.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.

Late Policy

I also understand that you might be late for your appointment due to delays in traffic or running behind at work, etc. However, if you are late this can affect my other scheduled appointments.

I will always try my best to accommodate if you are running late, but it might impact your entire treatment being completed in this instance the full treatment cost will still be charged.

Please, always call or text if you even think you might be late getting to your home for your appointment, I will try to rearrange another time for your appointment on a day that would suit you if my schedule allows.

You are important to me and I will always do my best to accommodate any rescheduling of your appointment where possible.

If you have any questions relating to your appointment, rebooking or rescheduling then please let me know, I will only be too happy to answer your questions.

Kind regards,

Dyna Graham
